Can I get a refund?
FrendzLive provides a 7-day refund request period for eligible failed, technical, duplicate-payment, or genuine service-related payment issues. This is not a general money-back guarantee, and unused credits are not automatically refundable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What is Live Streaming?
Hosts and consultants can go live and broadcast a stream to many viewers at once, for example an astrology talk or an open discussion. Each host decides whether to offer one-to-one sessions, live streams or both. Live streams are free to watch for users aged 18 or older. One-to-one sessions are paid, at the rate in the host's plan shown before you connect. The same community rules apply to every live stream.
Are calls or live streams recorded?
No. FrendzLive does not record 1-to-1 calls or live streams, and live streams are not saved for replay. Normal technical and service information (such as session time, duration and credits used) is processed for billing, security, support and legal compliance.
Who can use FrendzLive?
Only adults aged 18 or older. FrendzLive is not for minors, and it is not a dating, adult-entertainment or escort service. Sexual or adult services are strictly prohibited.
